At Zoco Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior pieces; if an item doesn't fit your space, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process

Carefully repack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label or coordinate with our logistics partners to collect larger furniture items from your home.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
